Corrections Policy

Transparent procedure for acknowledging and correcting calculation errors or statutory rule updates.

Accuracy is our single highest priority. If a calculation error or statutory schedule change is identified, we follow a transparent correction process:

  1. Verification: Re-examine reported scenarios against official KWSP Third Schedule gazettes.
  2. Engine Update & Test Suite Expansion: Update data-driven rulesets and add automated vitest regression tests.
  3. Public Changelog Entry: Document all verified changes in our public Updates Changelog.
